God Hears

by Roger W Hancock

God hears my voice when I fail to speak.
God hears my cry when I am weak.
God hears my heart that louder speaks.

Star-Dust of Love
by Roger W Hancock

When you wish upon a star,
send that wish upon a prayer.
Prayer rides the light of God,
without, cannot, a wish go far.

Empty is a wish on stardust,
faithful prayer, a certain must.
Bow on knees and look to God,
in your prayer believe and trust.

Send upon Christís light of love,
fears and tears are heard above.
Confide secrets with Father God,
Send your prayer on Jesusí dove.

Alter your plea on heavenís star,
pray, trust on heaven's stardust.
Prayer, a simple talk to God,
starsí love-dust to seek His love.
